Sweeney’s offers our customers a 15 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee
Once you receive your order you have 15 days from the day after you received your delivery to decide if you want to keep the goods, or return them to us for a full refund.
In order to do this, you must provide us with notice of cancellation within the 15 day period. This notice of cancellation should be provided to Sweeney’s via our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Simply return the item(s) in their original packaging to us and we will replace, exchange or refund you.
Please note: If the item(s) have been opened, used or damaged before returning to us we reserve the right to reduce any refunds by an appropriate amount. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds on used razors, brushes, combs or blades, unless the item is faulty.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
We are unable to process refunds until after we have received the original goods back. If you have not been refunded after 15 days of returning an item, please contact us with a clear copy (photo or scanned image) of your Post Office receipt so we can investigate the matter.
